If you're not satisfied with your Pro subscription for any reason, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal. Applies to both monthly and annual plans.

How to request

Send "Refund Request" to support@centy.cloud with your account email.

We confirm within 1 business day
We process the refund through Lemon Squeezy.

Refund in 5–10 business days
Returned to your original payment method. Your account reverts to Free plan.

Exceptions

Cancellation vs refund

Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period. To cancel, go to Settings → Manage subscription. To get a refund for the current period, email us as above.
