If you subscribed to a paid plan (Pro or Student) and are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal date. No questions asked.
This guarantee applies to:
Send an email to support@centy.cloud with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address on your account.
We'll confirm your request within 1 business day and process the refund through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
After a refund is processed:
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current period. If you want a refund for the current period, you must explicitly request one as described above.
To cancel your subscription without a refund, go to Settings → Manage subscription in the app, or email us at support@centy.cloud.
Annual plan refunds are available within 14 days of purchase — the full annual amount will be refunded. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you retain access until the end of the billing period.
If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged. There is nothing to refund as no payment was taken during the trial period.
