Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Centy ("we", "us", "our") operates the subscription tracking service at centy.cloud. Questions: support@centy.cloud

2. Data we collect

We do not collect bank credentials. All subscription data is entered manually by you.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and operate Centy
• To generate AI-powered subscription insights (Pro plan — your subscription data is sent to Anthropic's API)
• To process payments via Lemon Squeezy
• To send renewal reminder emails and account emails
• To improve the service

4. AI and data processing

When you use AI Insights (Pro plan), your subscription names, prices, and categories are sent to Anthropic's API to generate recommendations. We do not send your name or email to Anthropic. Results are cached weekly. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with:

• Supabase — database and auth provider
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processor
• Anthropic — AI insights (Pro users, subscription data only)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Law enforcement — only when required by law

6. Data retention

Data is retained while your account is active. On account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Security

• HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit
• AES-256 encryption at rest
• Row-level security on all database tables
• Passwords never stored in plain text

8. Your rights

• Access — request a copy of your data
• Correction — update data via account settings
• Deletion — delete your account and all data in settings
• Export — Pro users can export subscription history as CSV
